Entering Water

Can you take all the sweetest memories of your life and release them? It doesn't mean you have to forget them. It just means releasing them.
So what does releasing them mean? Can you remember and savor a memory while simultaneously releasing it? Can you remember something without holding onto it? Are you afraid it will be lost forever?
Can you love someone and release them at the same time? Can you truly love someone without releasing them?
Can you remember a childhood memory while still being the person you are today?
Can you be the person you are in the NOW unless you release the person you are in the future you project?
Can you release EVERYTHING you are and just experience the NOW in all its glory?
Where are you? Are you in the past or future? Are you in the NOW. Or is the NOW something that goes beyond "YOU?"
Life is in the NOW. Can you experience it without being any of the YOU's you have ever defined? Can you be in the NOW without being YOU? Can you be the NOW? The NOW is undefineable because as soon as it is defined it is no longer the NOW. It is the past. Does experiencing the NOW require an experience of self? Can we experience the NOW without relating it to self? Can we experience it for just what it is? If we cannot experience the NOW except in relation to self then what are we missing?
If we are diving headlong into a body of water are we experiencing the water or our reaction to entering it? Are the two mutually exclusive? Or is there a combination or interaction? If we only experience the water do we lose our sense of self? If we only experience our self and our reaction to entering the water do we lose the sense of the water?
How do you enter water?
And likewise, how do you enter a relationship with another human? In such a case where is the NOW?
